It's because the user accepted their own answer. From the relevant meta FAQ post: If you accept [...] your own answer: There is no reputation awarded and the answer does not float to the top of the list.

There should have been an "I'm Done" option that's normally greyed out until you take an action. Here's the same dialog box from Stack Overflow: I suspect the "I'm Done" button is invisible in your screenshot because of the recently added design. So I'll check with Stéphane on that. It turns out you flagged the answer as "Not an answer" right after it was ...

It was interpreted as Markdown for an ordered list with one list item numbered 110101. I can replicate this below as such: List? Ha Note that setting the start number like this isn't a typical Markdown feature. If you really feel the need to format a post that way, this can be circumvented/prevented by1: Inserting a backslash (\) between the number and ...

The Stack Exchange definition of "unanswered" is "has no answers with a score of 1 or more." 0-score answers or answers with a negative score do not count.

"21 votes remaining" is referring to how many delete votes you have remaining for that day, not the post. That is, you have 21 remaining delete votes that you can use that UTC day. For more information, see this meta.SE post.

Is this new? No. This "bug" can be exploited on all Stack Exchange sites with MathJax. Can it be fixed? Well, think about it. Which of these would you rather see? I agree or I agree ------- or I agree asdfghj or I agree There's really no reason to disallow one workaround when there are many, many others that people could use (ex. you could ...

Ah, I've found what it is. Since I've used all of my available votes for today, I can't access the queues that I normally can, since they require being able to vote up/down if necessary.

Turns out that poem is a proposed synonym for poetry. The poem tag itself was removed from the system some months ago on account of going unused. This is a fairly routine situation, but what we neglected to do was exclude synonyms that haven't been approved yet from the autocomplete lookup. The fix is out in production now. Thanks for the report!

Unfortunately, this is not a bug but an intended feature, supposedly an "improvement", recently rolled out across the entire SE network: Some improvements to blockquotes You can support this proposal if you want it changed back: Please revert the quote background from white to yellow

You has a paragraph break in the middle of your spoilertag, which caused it not to work properly. @BeastlyGerbil has now fixed this. For future reference, paragraph breaks don't work very well with spoilertags. You need to include a double space at the end of every line, including the black line between paragraphs. Doing this: >! stuff >! more stuff ...

I feel for you. You spent the time to design a tricky puzzle, and now the website is not cooperating with you. It must be frustrating. That being said, this site has policies and guidelines about how and when to post, and what content is acceptable. Your solution of putting your question into an answer violates some of those, so it was rightly deleted. ...

Meh. It's a bit annoying, but it won't last long. Just grit your teeth and put up with it (or go offline and do something fun and Eastery!) for the next 48 hours and then you'll never have to worry about it again. I'm sure a lot of people on a lot of sites are unhappy about it, but I doubt SE is going to turn it off on any specific sites for us when it's ...

Sorry about this; this was my bad. It was impacting an API. I verified that we didn't have pure numeric tags on some number of sites, but I obviously failed and didn't thoroughly check all of them, which is my error. I will find another approach for the problem that I was trying to fix. The code has already been reverted. 2048 should work fine now; let me ...

This is by-designed. Stack Exchange prevents editing for some values of the user agent to prevent bots. As explained by Oded (former SE employee), One heuristic our system uses to identify bots is single word user agents - and we do not allow bots to edit pages. This is a simple and effective heuristic, and unless one changes their user agent in the manner ...

Caching. It's always caching. https://shouldiblamecaching.com/ That explains why you don't immediately see the newest questions list in its most final version. (If you keep that page open in another tab while you post a new question, you will see a little "(1)" appear which, when you click on it, shows your question as the newest one.) Is the question ...

See Network-wide HTTPS: It's time on main meta. (Planning required) chat.stackoverflow.com, chat.stackexchange.com, and chat.meta.stackexchange.com It hasn't yet been completed. Also: Update 2017-05-22 stackoverflow.com is now https://. I've written up a lot of what it took to get here in a blog post. Next up is chat and then https-...

I have fixed it for you. This is HTML, and you can learn it here Spoiler tags don't work when you try and have paragraphs For instance: !This spoiler tag doesn't work Because I have written: >!This spoiler tag doesn't work And the new line causes an error If you want to add a new line then add <br> which means line break. So now ...

There's an easy workaround to this, which is to use inline code formatting on each word, rather than a <pre> block. Thus this (note that there are double spaces at the end of each line -- <br> also works): >!ZEBUS >!EARNT >!BRIDE >!UNDUE >!STEED renders as intended: Unfortunate, because it's semantically ...

It might be because of the limitation of the size of our monitor. However as I am not an expert, so I am not sure but when you zoom in the window you get this: Here clearly, we can see the borders and the same colors.

This is fixed on the server and is just waiting on various levels of cache expiration.

If you look at the source of TVE II, it's linked as /q/40829 rather than the full question URL. That must be what causes it.
